In the present study, a photodetector was prepared by depositing PEDO TPSS and TPD polymer on porous silicon (PSi) substrates using spin coating technique. The response time of the manufactured PSi/PEDOTPSS/TPD detector (by illuminating the sample with a 250 W/cm2 tungsten lamp) was 8.83s and measured in the second scale. The detection, specific detectivity, and responsivity of the both detectors were found as 3.395x109W-1, 1.967x109 W-1 Hz1/2 cm and 5.188x10-3 A/W, respectively. The incorporation of ZnO nanoparticles with a TPD polymer improved the detection, specific detectivity, optical response, and detector response time to 74.62x109 W-1, 43.25x109 W-1 Hz 1/2 cm ,1893.16x10-3 A/W, and 1.06066 s, respectively. The Hall Effect measurements revealed that the n-type nanoparticles have the carrier concentration around -3.90×1017 cm-3.
