Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of New 4-Fromyl Pyrazole Derivatives Drived from Galloyl Hydrazide %K Galloyl hydrazine %K Pyrazole %K Yilsmeyr Hatchh formylation reaction %K Hydrazine %K Gallic acid %R 10.22034/chemm.2023.366582.1619 %X The new compounds of 3-substituted phenyl-5-(3,4,5-trihydroxyphenyl)-4H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde [III]a-e were synthesized by reacting various hydrazones derived from galloyl hydrazide with different substituted aromatic ketones using phosphoryl trichloride in dimethylformamide as a solvent. The newly synthesized derivatives were elucidated using FT-IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectroscopy. The antimicrobial activity of these derivatives was examined using two types of pathogenic bacteria and most of the derivatives exhibited excellent and good efficacy contra these species of bacteria using ampicillin as standard. %U https://www.chemmethod.com/article_164283_e65ff0caf2f92e317608dba4735b53ce.pdf
